AC in the room too loud, causing sleepless nights!!! Shower curtain had a small hole, which detracted from the overall experience!!! It would be nice to have better sound insulation in the rooms!!!

The Summit Hotel Seoul Dongdaemun offers a lovely atmosphere with convenient access to public transport, an airport bus right in front, and very accommodating staff. Clean rooms add to the charm.

Diving into Seoul's culinary delights was a blast! I couldn't get enough of the stellar ribs at Pyeongyang Myeonok, just a hop away. Plus, the location's a gem—shopping spots are a stroll away, and I loved how the staff kept my room spotless every day.

My wife says that the room was quite cramped for our large family.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring bathroom essentials and free water. the music in the room added a nice touch. However, the male front desk staff's demeanor was off-putting, as he appeared quite rude during check-in and mishandled my luggage retrieval process. Additionally, while the amenities were decent, the overall service could use improvement.
